I think I'll take a break from vectoring for now (though I highly doubt I'll be able to) and return to digital painting for the next few weeks or so.
You guys don't know how great I feel when someone tells me I'm developing a signature style of drawing. Some of you have told me that you can recognize my faces even in a pool or artworks.

Lately I've been crazy about
oekaki. The reason why I like oekaki so much is because I feel like Photoshop spoils us all. Some vital tools oekaki omits are
dropper tool and
smudge. I've actually memorized a bunch of color values as a result of using oekaki, lol! I've also learned to be more deliberate in my strokes, due to the absence of smudge tool.
I bought
Open Canvas the other night following

's recommendation. After tinkering with Painter Trial for some time, I was shocked when I used OC. It's almost exactly like Painter in terms of brush behavior. Its version of smudge is not as obedient as that of PS but you get used to it.
Will be submitting new stuff soon ^_^
How have you guys been in terms of art or just in general?

She's so pretty, and you captured that amazingly well. <333!
Anyways.
I've been good.
Super tired, though.
I'm about to graduate.
My last day of high school is Wednesday. D8
And on Sunday we're going to LA for Senior trip.
The schoolwork is stopping in some classes and getting heavier in others.
I'm starting to feel a bit overwhelmed, but it's nice that I only have two more days! O:

"For I am kind..."
Weather hasn't been very cooperative over here in the East Coast so I haven't really had a lot of chances to go out and shoot some photos. Hopefully, the weather cooperates this weekend and I do get the chance to step out and dust off my camera.

I wish I lived in a big city where I could take pictures of traffic and huge buildings. Well, I did back in the Phils but then I didn't have a camera charger. PFfffft. I can't wait til Fanime. From what I've heard so far, it's anime heaven.
