My moleskine notebook has been my fave lately! Feels nice to just paint and not stress about the outcome. Pieces that I create for galleries usually go on Arches paper.

It is nice to see scale!  I often wondered how big your pieces were.  You continue to be one of the artists I look forward to seeing new posts from.  Was that poor English?  It doesn't sound right...

It varies. I used to be pretty good about posting sizes.. so far I think it ranges from 7x10 inches to 18x24 inches. I just dont bother mentioning when these latest paintings have all been sketches/rough work.

I think your sketches/rough work are what make them special.  There is a loose quality that makes each piece very emotive.  Awesome work...

You see, and me with my eight-color watercolor. I love to paint them, but I think I should take it more seriously ... by the way, which paper you use?

A lot of the "colors" you see on the palette were mixed from some form of red, yellow and blue.. Just make sure to get tubes, I just find that easier to use. This is a Moleskine watercolor album. I also use Strathmore and Arches.
